Mabuhay Personnel is duly licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) -- Department of Labor and
Employment. We are also one of the pioneering members of the
Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI), Australia
and New Zealand Association of Employment Providers of the
Philippines (ANZAEPP), Japan Employment Providers of the Philippines
and Consultants’ Association (JEPPCA) and Bagong Bayani Foundation,

Leadership
 The
President, Edwina Lema Beech, iis an acknowledged and
respected leader in overseas recruitment, both in the Philippines
and abroad. She has established a productive track record as an
industry leader and for championing overseas recruitment through her
collaborative work with the government, international institutions,
global employers and workers.
She Chairs the board of directors of the Philippine Association
of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI), Australia and New Zealand
Association of Employment Providers of the Philippines
(ANZAEPP), Japan Employment Providers of the Philippines and
Consultants’ Association (JEPPCA) and Trustee of Bagong
Bayani Foundation, Inc.
Of her role as President of Mabuhay, Ms. Beech says: "We look
